Halloween is only a few short weeks away and if your anything like me it's time to get out some cute halloween decor! This easy "Spooky" banner is a great addition to your halloween decor and will only take about 10-20 minutes to make.
Here are the supplies you will need:
Card-stock - I just used what I had on hand. Get creative and use any colors you'd like!
Cutting Machine - I have a CRICUT which I love!!!
Hot glue gun and glue sticks - if your anything like me and you use A LOT of glue sticks check out this bulk box of glue sticks I bought from Amazon. It's the cheapest way I've found to buy them plus you have a nice healthy supply!
Jute, ribbon, yarn, or string - Just use what you have. I got the jute I used at Walmart which is the cheapest place I've seen it.
Cut File - HERE is the cut file I created for this craft. It is available in my Etsy shop.
The first thing you will need to do is choose your paper and cut out the shapes.
Then you will attached letters to the flags of your banner. I chose to use hot glue because I liked that it made the letters pop out a bit. However, you can use any type of glue or adhesive you like.
Then you will add the string to the banner. One of the perks to the cut file I made is that it cuts out the holes for the string for you.
And there you have it! This is such fun and easy banner. It would also be a great activity to get your kids or grandkids to help you out with.
