Paper Hot Air Balloons

At my church we had a Valentine Dance for all the adults and I was on the decorating committee! Our theme was "Love is in the Air" so we decorated with lots of Hot Air Balloons. We wanted some cute banners to hang around the dessert table so my friend and I decided to get crafty with our cut machines. I created 2 different cut files for this project. Here is what you'll need.
